We had to make our own AI builder application to have full control with everything to make it easy even for average 9-year-olds to be able make their Roblox games. This is not only incredible, it’s game changing. Schools can’t teach you how to make Roblox games. The best creators will still stand out—with or without AI.

This doesn’t feel like a good update and hurts the people with real talent and passion. When I was looking at the title of this post I thought it would be something about publishing script through a different website or managing a game through a website like studio, not this, I thought of everything but this. Looking forward to every game on the platform being AI-generated garbage! With this announcement, does it mean I can create games using AI now? As the Roblox platform grows and more users engage and spend, your potential earnings will grow along with it. Agreed, my game doesn’t typically do well anyone due to the genre (soccer isn’t for everyone) and a lot of my income is made through engagement based payouts, which now has me stressing for ways I can monetize better before this comes into effect.
Many active Roblox players play more then just 3 games a day so it’s hard to predict how much experiences will get paid out and I bet that it’ll range quite a bit. The announcement mentions that experiences with “unusually long session times might see reduced earnings.” It could disproportionately affect certain types of games and it does sound a little unfair. At launch, creators will earn 5 Robux when an Active Spender spends at least 10 minutes inside their experience throughout a day, provided it’s one of the first three experiences they launch that day. When available, downloaded videos are managed within the app’s internal storage and subject to platform-imposed limits on usage and availability. Reporting tools allow users to flag videos or comments that violate platform rules. All video copyrights belong to the Pornhub platform and its creators.
